Apprentice Questions: Habits for Success

Today’s Question is for Cade McNabb, Industrial Sales & Leasing Specialist in Baton Rouge, LA.

Cole: Since becoming an agent, what are the most important habits you have formed that contribute to your success every day?

Cade McNabb: I schedule out time in the morning, usually 2 to 3 hours, for a call block. I’ll make calls every single day and never miss a day. It’s a big factor in earning business and building relationships. It all starts with that initial contact. It’s very important to be consistent with it.

ELIFIN® apprentices are encouraged to be curious and ask questions to get the most out of the program. “Being an apprentice is different than being an intern,” says Mathew Laborde, President & CEO of ELIFIN®. “It’s more exclusive. It’s more substantial.” ELIFIN® apprentices dig into hands-on work from day one, getting experience that sets them apart in the commercial real estate industry and beyond.
