June 16, 2026 – Baton Rouge, LA – ELIFIN® was the most active commercial real estate sales brokerage in Louisiana in 2025, with 141 self-reported sale transactions, more than any other firm in the state. The full ranking is based on transaction data recorded in LACDB.com (the Louisiana Commercial Database, powered by REsimplifi) as of January 1, 2026. These figures reflect self-reported sales and are not the complete transaction count for any firm, including ELIFIN.
