June 15, 2026 – Baton Rouge, LA – ELIFIN® was the most active commercial real estate sales brokerage in Louisiana in 2025, with 141 self-reported sale transactions, more than any other firm in the state. The full ranking is based on transaction data recorded in LACDB.com (the Louisiana Commercial Database, powered by REsimplifi) as of January 1, 2026. These figures reflect self-reported sales and are not the complete transaction count for any firm, including ELIFIN.

Each ELIFIN agent specializes in a defined territory and property type, called a Block, backed by a proprietary database of more than 59,000 Louisiana commercial properties and over 41,000 verified property owners. METHODOLOGY
Built on the industry’s system of record: This ranking comes from LACDB (the Louisiana Commercial Database, powered by REsimplifi), the system every Louisiana commercial broker on the list belongs to and reports into. Its rules require a member to file a listing within three business days, and once a deal closes the sale must be reported and cannot be pulled back out. Every firm reports under those same rules, so the comparison rests on one enforceable standard applied to everyone. (The rules are published by LACDB here: LACDB Rules and Regulations.) No count captures every deal, since some off-market, confidential, and buyer-representation sales fall outside the rules, and that applies to every firm on the list. It remains the most complete record of commercial sales activity available in Louisiana.
