31 Jan Furniture Gallery Signs Lease for 31,000 SF on Florida Blvd
January 31st, 2020 – Baton Rouge, LA – After less than one month on the market, Elifin Realty has announced the closing of a lease for retail space located at 5905-5907 Florida Boulevard that will bring a new business into the Baton Rouge market.
Furniture Gallery Inc. has just leased two retail suites that will be combined to total 31,000 SF of contiguous space. With its large showroom floor, warehouse area in the rear, and high-visibility on Florida Blvd, the location was an appealing option to Furniture Gallery.
Furniture Gallery Inc. is planning for a Summer 2020 opening and features a product line of living room, dining room, bedroom and home office furniture along with mattresses and home goods accessories.
The existing shopping center, totaling 99,000 SF and located at the corner of Florida Boulevard and N Ardenwood Drive, is also home to Rose’s Discount store and the Deep South Flea Market.
