Zillow has taken the residential real estate market by storm and become the go-to for anyone looking to buy a home. So, if you’re in the market for commercial real estate, the next logical question is whether or not there is a Zillow for commercial real estate. While there are a few sites that compile commercial real estate information, none are as comprehensive as Zillow, but they do have features that can help guide your search for commercial real estate.

Zillow features Zestimates that help to determine the value of a home, and they have a large inventory of what’s on the market nationwide. If you want to know what homes are on the market in any given city at any given time, hopping on Zillow can give you a good idea of what’s out there. There really isn’t an equivalent commercial platform.

One site that includes a lot of commercial property listings is loopnet.com. However, while there are a lot of listings, not all of them are free for everyone to see. While some are available to view for free, others are not, making the search a little more difficult. A new company called Biproxi is attempting to compile valuations of commercial properties, but it is not yet at scale for the whole country.
