20 May National Barre Company Set To Join Baton Rouge Market
May 20th, 2020 – Baton Rouge, LA – Will Chadwick, Retail Specialist, has announced the closing of a lease at 8210 Jefferson Hwy Suite B that will bring a new business to the Baton Rouge market. Will Chadwick served as the Tenant Rep for his client NEIGHBORHOOD barre Baton Rouge in this lease.
NEIGHBORHOOD barre is a national boutique barre studio brand with locations in six states. The new location in the Jefferson Center shopping center on Jefferson Highway will be the first location in Baton Rouge and the first in Louisiana. The franchisee bringing this concept to Baton Rouge is a local resident who is excited to see this concept flourish in her home town.
With their emphasis on providing a workout that is approachable for all levels, NEIGHBORHOOD barre incorporates both full-range and isometric exercises into their workouts to create results that are hard to find in a traditional barre studio.
