24 Feb New Orleans Healthy Food Business With New Pickup Concept Joining Highland Park Marketplace
February 24th, 2021 – Baton Rouge, LA – Will Chadwick of Elifin Realty and Brian Douglas Campbell Jr. of Big Horn Development are pleased to announce the latest tenant to join Highland Park Marketplace, Clean Creations.
Clean Creations is a New Orleans-based healthy, gourmet food service. They create delicious, clean eats & treats and deliver them to your door or, with their new location at Highland Park Marketplace, will offer a new first-of-its-kind curbside grab & go service.
Their curbside pickup system will allow customers to grab their food at any time that is convenient for them, even after hours. Using special QR codes, customers will be able to unlock temperature-controlled units to grab their meals 24/7.
Clean Creations’ mission is to make healthy eating a way of life so that people can live better, feel better and have more time for the things they love. In addition to offering prepared food in the new grab & go, Clean Creations will also be offering custom and signature made to order salads and made to order smoothies using fresh high-quality ingredients.

Their location in Suite 409 at Highland Park Marketplace will be their first in Baton Rouge.
Will Chadwick, who handles leasing for the development, says that with another recently signed tenant–to be announced soon–only two suites remain available at Highland Park Marketplace.
