July 1, 2025– Baton Rouge, LA – ELIFIN^® is pleased to announce the successful sale of 12320 South Choctaw Dr in Baton Rouge to David and Marissa Hofstetter, owners of Restoration 1 of East Baton Rouge. The purchase reflects the company’s continued rapid growth and expansion as they scale operations to meet rising demand across the region.

The ±15,000 SF facility features a combination of warehouse space and climate-controlled office areas. Located in the South Choctaw industrial corridor, the property will serve as the company’s new hub as they expand service capacity and operational reach.

Restoration 1 of East Baton Rouge provides 24/7 water, fire, and mold damage restoration services to homeowners and businesses. Known for its responsiveness and quality workmanship, the company has grown quickly and outpaced its previous footprint.
