15 Apr The Yard Milkshake Bar – As Seen on Shark Tank – Joins Highland Park Marketplace
April 15th, 2021 – Baton Rouge, LA – Will Chadwick of Elifin Realty and Brian Douglas Campbell Jr. of Big Horn Development are pleased to announce the most recent tenant to join Highland Park Marketplace, The Yard Milkshake Bar.
Soon to be occupying Suite 408, The Yard Milkshake Bar is a specialty ice cream and milkshake shop that creates uniquely themed and thoroughly delicious cold treats.
The Yard was originally created by husband-and-wife team Logan and Chelsea Green. They opened the first location in May 2017 in their hometown of Gulf Shores, AL and were blown away with the positive reaction.
After their initial success and their feature appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank in November 2019, they have since expanded to over a dozen locations across the country and have established a franchising program to expand further.
Local franchisees Marc & Tracy Couvillion will be opening The Yard’s first location in Louisiana and is planning for an early Summer 2021 grand opening. The interior construction of their new suite is already underway, and they are progressing as planned.
