November 6, 2019 – Baton Rouge, LA –  Elifin Realty has announced the sale of 1815, 1835 Dallas Dr, located in the large commercial district near Tom Drive and Airline Highway.

Luke Gomez of Gable Construction, LLC has purchased the ±0.83 acre property for $260,000. The property is improved with a recently renovated ±4,855 SF office/showroom/warehouse building plus a 70-unit self-storage facility.

Elifin represented the seller, and Brent Struthers of Beau Box Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in this deal.
