As CRE Agents, prospecting is a major part of our business.  A great CRE agent is continually planting seeds and building relationships with buyers, tenants, and owners within their specialty. 

For sellers and landlords, hiring a brokerage firm that consistently and proactively prospects can be the difference from their property sitting on the market for years, or being sold / leased within months. 

To help reinforce our culture and make sure we never lose sight of the importance of prospecting, we created our perpetual prospecting competition. 

For the first time ever, the prize for the prospecting competition has increased to $20,000.  The winner will be announced on March 25, 2024.
