November 22nd, 2019Baton Rouge, LA – After recently announcing new tenants and the sale of two outparcel lots, Campbell Companies and Big Horn Development have broken ground on Building 400 at Highland Park Marketplace.

Building 400 is the final phase of development in the upscale retail center and will feature eight suites totaling 16,450 SF, with an expected opening of Summer 2020.

“We are thrilled to have the final phase of this project underway, and we’re looking forward to announcing the new businesses joining the development,” says Brian Douglas Campbell Jr., the developer of the project. “We’ve worked hard to create an asset for the community and to bring in tenants who will be an exciting fit for the local population and the wider Baton Rouge population as well.”

According to Will Chadwick of Elifin Realty, who handles the leasing for the development, while there are still suites available, a lease has been signed for the large 3,998 SF anchor suite in Building 400 and there are currently both local and national retailers interested in occupying space.
