September 13th, 2021 – Baton Rouge, LA – Will Chadwick is pleased to announce two new tenants slated to join Coterie Exchange, the new upscale retail & office development on Jefferson Highway in Baton Rouge, F45 Training and Avant Tous Beauty Bar & Spa.
Operated by local franchisees and former LSU baseball players, Anthony Ranaudo, Nick Pontiff, and Beau Didier, F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. Their 45-minute programs are designed to unify the muscle groups of the body to help you move and feel stronger in all aspects of your life. F45’s new location in Suite C at Coterie Exchange will be their second in Baton Rouge.
Avant Tous Beauty Bar & Spa, founded in 2013 by local entrepreneur Ellen Pino, will be opening their 3rd location in Building 2 at Coterie Exchange. Avant Tous is partnering with Ghere Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery to offer a cutting-edge spa experience for women. Offering luxury beauty and spa services plus leading medical skincare and rejuvenation, this unique pairing at Coterie Exchange will offer the women of Baton Rouge a completely refreshed formula on aging.
Coterie Exchange–located at 7575 Jefferson Hwy–is the creation of local entrepreneur and business owner Kris Klar. Kris’ company, STONE – Baton Rouge, will locate its new headquarters on the second level of Coterie in Suite F.
