January 27, 2022– Baton Rouge, LA – Mark Segalla, Partner – Multifamily Sales, is pleased to announce the recent sale of two apartment complexes near LSU, Tiger Plaza (300 units) and Stadium Square (74 units).

The sale of this 374-unit portfolio closed on January 19, 2022. The two complexes are located just south of LSU’s campus just off Nicholson Drive in “Tigerland.”

Both complexes, built in the mid-1970s, have recently undergone some renovations and improvements before the sale with additional renovations planned by the new owners.

The Manhattan, New York-based investor group that purchased the 374-unit portfolio has previously invested in other multifamily properties in the area and sees the value in the growing Baton Rouge market.

Mark Segalla, in cooperation with Brad Barham & John T. Solari of Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
