November 26, 2019 – Baton Rouge, LA – Will Chadwick of Elifin Realty has announced the sale of the property located at 7070 Plank Rd in Baton Rouge, LA.
The ±3.32-acre tract is located near I-110 and Airline Hwy, on the hard corner of Plank Road and Crown Avenue. The property was purchased by the non-profit organization, Baton Rouge Primary Care Collaborative, Inc.
BRPCC plans to break ground in January 2020 to build a 12,000 SF full-purpose medical facility. Their mission is to increase access to high-quality, comprehensive health care services for the underserved population of East Baton Rouge Parish and the surrounding areas, regardless of ability to pay. They are making the first steps toward seeing healthcare support throughout the entire Plank Road corridor and hope to see continued development in the area.
