January 21st, 2020 – Baton Rouge, LA – Mathew Laborde, President & CEO of Elifin Realty, has announced the sale of the Imperial Plaza shopping center located at 1111 N Lobdell Ave in Baton Rouge, LA.

The ±6,970 SF center sits on a 0.62-acre lot and consists of seven separate suites. All suites are currently unoccupied. The buyer, Knollcrest LLC, bought this property as an investment and plans to lease up the vacant space.

Mathew Laborde represented the seller, and Glenn Linzer of Lacy Baaheth represented the buyer in this transaction.
