January 27th, 2020 – Baton Rouge, LA – Elifin Realty has announced the sale of a +/- 0.57-acre lot at 9533 Kindletree Dr, near the intersection of Highland Rd and Jefferson Hwy in Baton Rouge, LA.

The site was rezoned from Rural/Residential to Light Commercial to allow for the buyer’s construction of a commercial building. The property is located on the hard corner of Jefferson Hwy and Kindletree Dr, with approximately 150 ft of frontage on Jefferson Hwy.
