December 1st, 2021 – Baton Rouge, LA – Will Chadwick, Retail Specialist, is pleased to announce the recent sale of Parcel B-1 at Cortana Place to Geaux Clean Car Wash.
The 1.32-acre parcel is located between Oak Villa Blvd and Cortana Place and is directly adjacent to the Cortana Walmart and the new Amazon Fulfillment center at the former Cortana Mall site.
This new location will be the 8th Geaux Clean in the Baton Rouge area.
“We are excited to be part of what we anticipate to be a positive resurgence of the Cortana area. Geaux Clean plans to begin construction immediately and have the new location operational in early 2022.
